Delivery
The products are insured by us until delivery. Delivery times are indicative.
Delivery of items will be carried out only by La Poste services.
We pack and ship within 3-5 business days.



"Special" orders (custom-made, out-of-stock items) will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks specified when you place your order.

Please note that custom-made items and special orders are not returned or exchanged.

These deadlines are given for information purposes only and are subject to variations, particularly during periods of high demand. However, we would like to assure you that we will do everything possible to meet these deadlines and satisfy our customers as best we can.
Delivery can only take place in the event of perfect agreement on the part of the customer (in the order form), the payment center (payment agreement), and kirane, which reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous or current order. Kirane does not deliver to PO boxes.
Kirane cannot be held responsible for the direct or indirect consequences of an order cancellation or a delivery delay for any reason whatsoever, including in the event of disruption or strike of postal or transport services in general, or in the event of events beyond our control. The delivery time is provided for information purposes only and any delay may not give rise to any damages, refusal of the goods or cancellation of the order.

For all deliveries, the Customer will be able to track their package using the tracking number which will be sent to them by email.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return

The buyer has a period of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the items for any complaint concerning the receipt of their package.

Please note that sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the items.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer entails for him the obligation to return, at his expense, the items whose order has been cancelled within 7 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal in perfect condition and in their original packaging to:

The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted. We advise you to return your items to us by tracking colissimo as proof of this return because Kirane will not be responsible in any way for the non-receipt of the returned product. If the customer wishes to exchange this product (size, color or other model), he must contact Customer Service by e-mail: kiranecollection@gmail.com who will inform him of the procedure to follow.
We can also provide you with a purchase code with the amount of the returned product to use for one year.

Provided that Kirane has received the Product(s) in perfect condition, in its (their) original packaging(s) and with all its (their) accessories.
