A passion for Indian craftsmanship and a unique human adventure
A designer between passion and commitment
Karine Naly discovered India in 2017 and fell under the spell of its artisans and their ancestral know-how. This love at first sight led her to settle between Jaipur and Paris with her partner, BHnau singh, Production Director. Together, they founded KIRANE, a brand that embodies their shared vision of ethical and sustainable craftsmanship.
Thanks to her passion for decoration and her respect for traditions, Karine imagines authentic textile collections, entirely handmade in family workshops in India. This project reflects their commitment: to promote local artisans, preserve their techniques and offer stable jobs in respectful conditions.
The art of creating in color
From Fashion to Decoration: A Creative Journey Without Limits
A graduate of ESMOD, Karine has dedicated her life to fashion and decoration, constantly exploring new forms of expression through colors, graphics and textures. As a stylist and illustrator, she infuses her passion into each collection, creating unique pieces that combine aesthetics and know-how.
The creation of Kirane
In 2018, Karine and Banu decided to found KIRANE and create their own clothing workshop. Their goal: to preserve Indian craftsmanship while offering a respectful and ethical work environment to their employees. By paying decently and ensuring good working conditions, they want to create a sustainable and supportive model.
Commitment to women
One of their priorities is to promote women's work in a country where women do not always have their place. Through KIRANE and their workshop, they strive to offer women an opportunity to flourish professionally, strengthen their independence and actively participate in the development of local crafts.
A shared passion for craftsmanship
Karine and Bhanu are deeply passionate about Indian craftsmanship, a field they consider a true cultural treasure. Through KIRANE, they wish to promote Indian know-how internationally, combining modernity and tradition in unique and authentic collections.
