Delivery of items will be carried out only by La Poste services.
We pack and ship within 3-5 business days.
"Special" orders (custom-made, out-of-stock items) will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks specified when you place your order.
Please note that custom-made items and special orders are not returned or exchanged.

The buyer has a period of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the items for any complaint concerning the receipt of their package.
Please note that sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the items.

The risks and costs of return are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Cash on delivery returns are not accepted. We advise you to return your items to us by tracking colissimo as proof of this return because Kirane will not be responsible in any way for the non-receipt of the returned product.
